D-HONER make Model : HHM-150x6000mm is heavy duty Horizontal Honing Machine. This machine is capable to do honing heavy jobs, Cylinders, Barrel. This machine was specially manufactured for Injection Moulding Barrel for precision honing. The range covers from 25 mm to 300 mm in diameter and 6000 mm honing length. This machine is fully hydraulic honing machine where reciprocation is done with heavy hydraulic cylinders, Tool expansion with Hydraulic Cylinder. Rotation is with Hydro Motor. Honing Cycle is fully automatic. Machine is fully equipped with Filtration Unit and Chilling Unit for better result.
